Time to tell the whole truth and be accountable for whatever it is you're working on.  You set your own goals so no *****ing about them now.  

How was your THURSDAY?  Problems, comments, critiques, advice to be given or needed?   Spot something in someone’s post that needs attention. Are you ready to show some tough love where its needed or do you need some tough love yourself?  

Share anything learned that you can pass on to the rest of us.  What has worked, what didn't, what was a total cluster fkcu? How are you revising your goals?

Happy 2 1/2 year Bandiversary to me!

Still on this journey!  I again just had a few bites of the ice cream and I feel like I am in control of it now. 

My plan for today:
B-Coffee and IDK
L-Salad with grilled shrimp
D-Salad

Had a good day yesterday, it was my cheat day, LOL LOL LOL
Back on track this morning.  Headed to the gym.  Planned my next week out. Foods, exerrcise.  The key for me is planning.  I ink in my workouts on my planner like a regular appointment an plan my meals.  Grocery shopping, having the right foods available.
Everyone have a great weekend and don't fall off the wagon, LOL

Now that is a great idea.  I'll be picking up a separate planner so there are no more days like yesterday for me.

I had a wonderful day yesterday I should be sick of fish but that all I ate yesterday along with 2 32 Oh Yeah Protien shake and 55 oz of Water and all vitamins was down 2 more pound this morning. I did get in 3 miles of walking yesterday.

Tomorrow I started the Protien train looking forward to that.
