Hey ya'll....quick update!

I haven't been on BAF during the day in ages and I surely do miss it! You guys are making my day! Hello to those old and new!

Just a quick update....this baby is taking me for a ride. I have to have weekly iron infusions due to severe anemia, if these don't work then i'll have to have a blood transfusion prior to delivery.

I went in yesterday for my 28 week OB appointment, up 12lbs (not too bad) had my 3D ultrasound done....(baby looks like he's praying, lol). He's feisty (one hell of a kicker) and doing great.

Currently baby weighs just under 3lbs and the doc says he's expected to triple in size....."SAY WHAT WOMAN!!!"

That's a 9lb baby!

Please keep me in prayer for good health and peace of mind, my daughter was only 5lbs and gave me pure grief!

Hey there lady! 12 lbs gained is not bad at all. Whew...9 lb baby, I hope he doesn't give you too much grief.

Hey Faith! I'm hoping to stay under 20lbs gained but I won't let that be my focus, as long as he's healthy.

That is great...I hope the iron infusions work for you...My biggest fear of having a baby is the weight gain so that is why I really want to get as low as possible...145-150 so I have that room in between...I guess what is important is to have a healthy baby...Good luck with everything and thanks for keeping us posted.

Thanks Isa, I hope they work for me too, I'm not really too keen on the whole blood transfusion idea, lol. But whatever is necessary. I'll be looking for a similiar post from you next year!
