PRAYERS

Hi All  just left doctor office  the ball is running  for my tummy tuck.The paper work is been faxed over today. The Lord has  bought  me  from 322.5 lbs   to  195 ilbs.I give  him  all  the  glory.I  don't  have  the  hanging  skin  at  all  (gym from day  10) Yes   u  do  have  to  work  also.But  its  only  in  my  tummy .  Please  send  up  prayers  for  me,i  will  let  u  know  once  i  get  an  answer  from  insurance  office.GOD   bless  u  all!!!!!

Was that after your surgery?

And did you focus more on weights than cardio or a mixture of both!

Hi  i meant i was in the gym on day  10  but  only  cardio.I focus mostly  on cardio  and the  protien train(thanks cookie).Both  after  about  two  months  i  did cardio  and  weights.the  main  thing  is  not  to  sit  down  and  wait  on  the  weight  to  go  away  on  it  own.U  really  have  to  do  execrise  it  plays  off.Sending  u  many  wishes your  way  for  a  super  aftermath.Thanks  for  your  prayer  will  let  u  know  what  insurance  company  says....
