no workout for me yesterday - ain't I don't have no snappy shiot to write about why
Eating was on point - have a plan for today - either salad for lunch or chili and potato from Wendy's, depends on my mood.
Water - got it, vitamins - good
Don't ask me about exercise, I refuse to set myself up for a lie again

Dang it I'm still having a hard time with this eating thing. I have a call in to my NUT to discuss (I don't know why this is so hard, it wasn't when my big azz was 300lbs)
I hit the treadmill yesterday and it felt good. I got all vitamins in and so far today I'm on vitamin track. No treadmill today but I have a date with the Wii.

Ok, so why am I excited about this challenge??? Maybe because I have to be accountable to someone other than me. Eating was on point yesterday. Last night I did Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred 1 workout and then a 10 minute glutes and thigh workout. Tonight I'm going to attempt to do Jillian's hour long workout called "No more problem areas" (or something like that).
This afternoon my department is going to the Colorado Rockies baseball game and our ticket has $10 built into it for food.....LORD GIVE ME STRENGTH!!

I need accountability bad too. My plan was to do this for my 12 day personal mission, but I'll keep this going forever as long as someone replies.
I had 30 day shred but the segments were too short for me. I gave it a way and use banish fat boost metabolism instead. Brutal, I still have not mastered it. Let me know how you like the other one. Its on my list to purchase.

A mixed day.
I stuck to the letter of the law if not the spirit. For my final day of the 5dpt I had:
2 servings of mixed ground beef, chicken and turkey; a serving of sausage; ½ protein shake; 4 pudding cups; 1 ½ oz of pork rinds; 2 tbsp of ff cream cheese; and 2 oz of ham.
I could not bare another shake so I used a little creative liscense (bad I know). While pork is permitted I had pork rinds instead because they are lighter and my pouch was full. They are also full of fat.
I also discovered the laxative qualities of sf pudding cups. I’d never tried them before now. I did an impromptu pudding cleansing. Up went the calories (280 cal worth of pudding) but I am well within my nutrition plan’s range.
Totals for the day: Calories 1122/ protein 118g/ carbs 89g (39 net carbs)/ fats 50g/ Liquids 100 oz of which 52 oz was water. All vitamins taken and exercise done.
Results to be posted for your critique in a separate thread. Be brutal.
