Day six of this mission:  No Mercy and No Excuses

Time to tell the whole truth and be accountablefor whatever it is you're working on.  You set your own goals so no *****ing about them now.  

How was your Wenesday?  Problems, comments, critiques, advice to be given or needed?   Spot something in someone’s post that needs attention. Are you ready to show some tough love where its needed or do you need some tough love yourself?  
Share anything learned that you can pass on to the rest of us.  What has worked, what didn't, what was a total cluster fkcu? How are you revising your goals?

I am still doing the dayum thing!  My doctor was WOWED yesterday because in two weeks I had lost 5 pounds and that was fully dressed in the evening after eating.  This morning I weighed in at 192. I am so happy to still be on track. But here's the catch....I have a United Way Event to attend today and they have a spread and Lawd know the devil will be busy today in my head wanting to eat what everyone else is eating.  I am 3 pounds away (4 on my scales because it weighs me a pound heavier that the doctor's office scale) from reaching 189.  I will keep reminding myself of this today when I am tempted.  I can do this!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Wow, congratulations. 

Won't you pleeeeease tell me what you did to loose 5 lbs in two weeks?  I could not do that in my first month post op.  I need details.

Yesterday was a excited day day 3 was a breeze, the only thing because it busy season at work I didn't get my exercise in.. I'm feeling good and on to day 4.

Was I right or what.  Once you're past liquids its all down hill.

For your busy days try an easy dvd like one of Leslie Sanson's walking workouts.  They go from easy to tough and are mostly 30 min or less.

Yesterday was a great day. Although didn't get any exercise in due to the rainy weather. It was tempting yesterday seems like everyone brought something sweet, sweet bread, donuts, kolaches, cream cheese danish and guess what I wasn't tempted at all.  WOOHOO FOR ME!!!!!!

Resisting those spreads is soooo hard.  Good going girl!

Get yourself a workout dvd for the rainy days.  One mild and one real ass kicker.

Yesterday went well for me! Ate right, got in my BL workout, got in all my water, protein, and vits.

Will do the same today!
