Mind over Pouch
Morning BAF. I woke up and my mind is telling me Im hungry however its 4am in the morning. I dont sleep consistenly anyhoo and last night I fell asleep with out my mask. Venting cause I do not even want to touch anything pass the sf ice pop I just ate and the water Im going to drink. Grrr something is still eating me and I am not going to eat it. Going to watch some prison break and pray for sleep

Hey Carolyn,
Make sure that you are getting all of your protein in daily. You might want to stretch out to 5 meals (3 meals and 2 snacks) to curve the hunger. I know that I need to have a protein snack (shake, cheese, deli meat etc) in the evening at say 8-9pm to curve my appetite. I also hear that the evening snack (as long as its protein) is good for your metabolism...because your body must work during the night to digest it. So in reality you are burning more calories while you sleep. Just try the best you can to stay away from the carbs and foods with high fat content. By doing this, hopefully, you won't wake up in the middle of the night.
