HOTFLASHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just started getting these last week and it is no fun! It only happens to me at night when I'm laying down and I'm experiencing some right now as I'm typing this. Yes, I know I'm too young (almost 37) but thinking too early for this....
Any at home remedies before I actually go see a doctor??? HELP!

Well...let's just say I think my bio-clock is behind about 10 years..lol I just started to get hot flashes this year, and I was told to take Remifemin from my obgyn, but I did not like how I felt when I took those, and a friend told me to eat or drink lost of soy products and that has HELPED me a lot with NO side effects, I just drink PURE SOY milk organic and just add protein powder for breakfast every morning and the hot flashes and jitters went down at least 95 percent, and I have my life back..good luck
Take a cold shower before bed....put cotton sheets on bed...sleep in all cotton....drink some cold water and take some vitamin C and bioflavonoids,,,,it will decrease/eliminate your night sweats if you have any....keep a min battery operated fan in your purse for the hotflashes!
