Hello Everyone

I just returned from  the gym.  I did cycling. I plan on  returning to the gym this evening for some type of cardio.  Last night I went back and burned 700 calories on the StairMaster.  Who knows what machine I will pick this evening.
Body fat coming up in 2 days

I did 45 min cycle and 30 min eliptical this morning.  Body sculpting and muscle building sceduled for later today.  Yesterday I got caught up with what I missed on Monday.

I did a thirty minute walk at lunch.  That is all I can fit in right now because of my busy work schedule.

You have to do what you can do, I understand up until a few months ago I was working two full time jobs, so I understand. Congrats on getting that in.

I did a 30 minute walk with the doggy this morning for a warm-up and then did 60 minutes on the bike.  Maybe I will get in some strength training tonight.

Woke up later than usual, so I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and 20 on the recumbent bike. The spin class will kick my butt when I get back home.
