Hello All!!

Yesterday went well!!  My eating was on point.  I managed to get a short workout in (a mile walk/jog) while my sons were at football practice.  I've only had coffee today and it's already after 11 am so I need to get on the ball!!

I'm trying to get my cardio in early and eat immediately afterwards.  It makes a difference in the metabolism for the day.  You're off to a good start.

Ok, I will admit that my week has been ****ty if I can say it that way.  I did not start the liquid only Monday but I tried today and I had such a hard day at work that I took lunch to relieve the stress. Lunch was a salad but my plans was a shake. I need some ideas for meals. I am tired of eating the same on things and boredome causes me to stray from the plan. I am not giving up. I am setting out again tomorrow to start the liquid only for 5 days and go into the protein for 6 days after that. Wish me look and give me encouragement.
