Hold my feet to the fire please! Accountability Mission Day 5
Ok, I will admit that my week has been ****ty if I can say it that way. I did not start the liquid only Monday but I tried today and I had such a hard day at work that I took lunch to relieve the stress. Lunch was a salad but my plans was a shake. I need some ideas for meals. I am tired of eating the same on things and boredome causes me to stray from the plan. I am not giving up. I am setting out again tomorrow to start the liquid only for 5 days and go into the protein for 6 days after that. Wish me look and give me encouragement.
