I did good yesterday with eating. I planned out my meals and stuck to everything on the list. I left off the rice pudding for dessert and took them 25 carbs and had my salmon cake on a potatoe bun! lol Yummy yummy. For the day I had 124g protien and 73g carbs, not bad at all!

Didn't work out cause my legs were still on fiyah from roller skating. It's crazy how I work out, run, spin classes all that and my legs are fine...go roller skating for 2 hours and can hardly walk the next day LMAO I changed my off day from Friday to Tuesday to compensate.

Today the plan is:

B- Protien Caramel Frappachino
S- 60 oz Chobani greek yogurt w/ 1/4 C Kashi
L- team is going to On the Border for lunch so I'll pick something good, skip all tortillas and rice
S- salmon cake or leftover On the Border, who knows
S2- protien shake after workout
D- slice of home made low carb pizza from the freezer
S- prob the salmon cake I didn't eat earlier

Workout today will be weights and spin class

After my six month follow up next week I can have an occaisional piece of bread during "stage 5".  I am going to get me some damn potato buns, you know the tiny ones smaller than the dinner rolls.  Of course now I will have one or two after a workout instead of half a dozen like before. 

Skating is no joke, but swaping days so you stay whole for the week is a good idea.

Here's my blog post. You prob would wanna substitute FF Milk or Soy Milk, instead of the fatty half&half and cream.

Do you like Starbucks? Do you have to drink protien? Do all the protien shakes taste like monkey butt to you? Well do I have a shake for you. Steph and Shani's high protien Frappachinos. These can be made with or without ice and with any sf syrups you like. Lemme know if you come up with a new combination!!!!

My version: High Protien Caramel Frap

Scoop and a half vanilla protien powder
4 ozs half and half
4 ozs water
tsp-Tbsp instant coffee
tsp-Tbsp of sf caramel syrup
ice
I pulse in the blender and whah-lah.....caramel frappachino

Steph's version: High Protien Hazelnut Frap

2 - 3 oz. Cream (less carbs than 1/2 and 1/2 and it makes it's really creamy and rich)
6 oz. Decaf Coffee
1 tsp. Sugar-Free Coffee Syrup -- I use Hazelnut
1 1/2 Scoops Protein Powder -- I use Champion Chocolate Whey
1 ****

I blend mine in the blender on ice chop for just a few blasts.
This drink is just as good as a Starbucks Frapp! I am not a morning eater and this is a great way to get my coffee and protein in the morning.

BAF Lurker; its time to step up and quit playing, thank you for welcoming everyone.

I love water but have a time remembering to drink so that is a struggle still.  The exercise yesterday was good 62 minutes on the treadmill at a moderate pace, enough to hum but not sing with the music.  Today I will do a brisk walk for 30 minutes.

I don't think I'm eating enough I have to find an easy site to calculate my calories, protein, carbs and stuff.  Yesterday I had a corn beef and swiss roll up for breakfast, tuna pouch and yogurt for lunch, turkey roll up for snack, and just a chicken leg for dinner.

Today I packed two yogurts, another chicken leg (which was baked) and a slimfast bar.  I am not sure on dinner either the left over chicken again or a salad.

I took all vitamins yesterday and have started off good today, I just have two calcium's left to take.

Did you ever think not eating enough would be a problem?  t was the furthest thing fro my mind. 

I learned to get my water down by having loading sessions once in the morning and again at night.  It took weeks but I rarely miss my 80oz goal now.

Yesterday was my first day on my 5day pouch test. I did really good no cheating at all. I did a lot of battling with head hunger, which was really strange. My body new we couldn't have real food and it wanted it just that much more...but I made it.  So far this morning I'm doing pretty good, I am starting to think I might actually make it through these 5 days just fine.

Yesterday was a good day.  Got in my two work out.  Hit my cardio goal.
Food intake was ok, you know me and those darn peanuts, but they are a life saver.  I opted for sugar free jello as a snack last night.
Still not getting enough protein in gotta work on that today and never can get enough water.
Body fat is just right around the corner (sat) and I am  getting nervous.

Nuts are great for calories and energy minus the bulk.  You're on point this week so your % should be headed back down.  Keep it up.
