Hold my feet to the fire please! Accountability Mission Day 5
Well I started out good and stuck to what I said I was eating until yesterday evening when I took my niece to the grocery store and I fell off because I was hungry. So here it goes yesterday's meal
80-100 oz water
pre-b- protein shake and vitamins
b- boiled eggs
s- none
l- baked chicken and 1/4 cucumber
s- string cheese and sf pudding
d- gold fish ( i fell and couldn't get up
) I was so hungry i opened them in te store. But somehow the scale showed .5 lbs lighted this morning.
Today's plan
pre- b- protein shake and vitamins
b-egg and saugage
s-?
l-tuna salad
s- nf yoguart
d- lean ground meat and salad
water 80-100oz and I plan to exercise

I did good yesterday! Ate what I was supposed to eat, got in about 80 ozs of water, all vits and did my Biggest Loser workout.
I had a slight rough patch and had a wind-down ****tail, but made up for it with extra jumping jacks .... those dayum thangs ain't no joke!
For today, I plan to follow what I did yesterday...minus the drink. LOL
I don't have a completed menu because today is my off day, I'm just working some OT this morning.
B- I'm having a cheese and sausage omlet
L - meeting my aunt at Panera, so I will have some kind of salad
D - ????
