Time to tell the whole truth and be accountable for whatever it is you're working on.  You set your own goals so no *****ing about them now.

Ok, so unlike yesterday I'll avoid another epic tale. 

My feet were MOST DEFINETLY held to the fire yesterday with three quarters of Monday’s exercise on top of my normal Tuesday routine. No mercy and no excuses, so I’m all caught up now.   No way I was having a cluster fkcu two days in a row.  

The Bad: I blew my day’s goals by not eating enough. I stuck with the plan for food choices, and for the day I had two eggs; one protein shake; one serving of sausage; and two servings of mixed ground beef, chicken and turkey. I felt like a stuffed turkey, but I had to add an extra meal. I still came short on my protein goal of 100g and did not get my minimum 800 calories in either.    Totals for the day: Calories 762/ protein 88g/ carbs 26g/ fats 31g/  Liquids 120 oz of which 48 oz was water. All vitamins taken and you know the exercise thing...   

For me today is day 5 of the 5dpt, its almost over.
Day 5: Solid Protein – white meat poultry, beef steak, pork, lamb, wild game 
Must add a shake to hit that 100g of potein. 

The final day and I am so glad. Tomorrow I tally up the results. So far it does not look very promising.

I am STILL doing good!  The goal that the doctor had set for me to lose the last two weeks was two pounds and I think I have lost four.   I do not want to eat too much prior to my follow up lipo/vaser surgery appointment at 4:30 today.  So my plan really needs to be "air pudding" until after 4:30.  I do not think I will make the mistake of scheduling another appointment that late because my stomach is alreay growling.

L-Eggs/Sausage
D-IDK

Yesterday was a LOOOOOONNNGGGG day - had to come home and log on to finish up some reporting, so that upper body weight work I INTENDED to do ain't happen, so it's 'scheduled' for today now - my legs still HURT!!!  I know you say no mercy no excuses.... but DAMN!!!  LOL 

reconditioning is hard work!  you have to break the muscles before you can build them and that process is   LOL - it really makes me see 1 - how conditioned I was before and 2- why I will want to STAY conditioned and fit after I get back because ground zero SUCKS!!!!!

anyhoo - eating was on point! Today is:
B - BBQ saasigge (you know that's how you say it) w/baked beans, protein drink
L - salad w/boiled egg, maybe tuna
D - salmon croquettes (didn't get to them last night, had turkey chili w/cawnbrid)

I do need to work on a snack - I'm finding that mid afternoon I am shoveling some kind of snack down my gullet, and I need to make sure it's beneficial - so I think I am going to snag some PB crackers to keep in my desk........

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Make up workouts are brutal but like you said, we know what happens if we don't.  Work through the pain girl, you'll do it for sure.

Well yesterday start pretty good on my day 2 of the 5 day pouch test. About 3 pm yesterday I got sick as a dog stomach was playing so mean trick on me so I stay in the bathroom for about 2 hours on and off. After that was back to normal. But all in all I stay focus on my liquid and got in 50 oz of water. Here go day 3 for me.

Well good news I am down 6 pounds this morning YahOOOOOOOOOOOOO. So it all worth it......

I didn't get my exercise in yesterday  but increase my workout today.

After days one and two its a breeze.  We'll have to compare notes when you're done.  I'm at day five and lost nothing.
