EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In
Hello Everyone
Today I had a great workout with my trainer, he took a look at my one month progress photos and has determined that I need work on my back. So you know what that ment, we did alot of back work today.
If I did not tell everyone I entered my self into a on line 12 week transformation competition . I took my 1st end of 4 week photos and I am actually amazed at the changes that you can see. I advise anyone to take some photos, you may not be able to see the changes everyday but take a pic every 30 days and you can see your progress. I even take my pics in a 2 piece swim suit, and print them up at home on my printer. At the end of my transformation I will post my before and after pics..
Well I had upper body weight training this morning and I burned 760 calories on the elliptical machine.
I plan on going to cycling this evening as well.

Today I have 60 min cardio, body sculpt, yoga and pilates. I was bad yesterday so I'll be playing catch up with another 60 min cardio and muscle building to make my week whole again.
To get all that cardio in I'll do elliptical, cycle, perhaps some stair stepping and a dvd.
That trainer of yours sounds marvelous. We have a good one here but he floats throughout the gym all day. When I get some spare cash I'll spring for that one on one time. Its worth it.
