I use to couldn't eat ANY sweets. then about 3 months ago I realized that it has to be under 9 grams. I wish I hadn't realized this. However, I still cant over do it. Like Lorna Doones are  grams of sugar. I can eat a few of those some days and other days one sends me puking like crazy. You pouch is the boss.

Please....Please....Please... Research ANY type of surgery you plan on having. I swear I google and READ and READ and READ up until the morning I was put on the surgery table..

You will be able to eat, drink and smoke ANYTHING after your honeymoon period..

(What is a honeymoon period) www.google.com

There are SOME complications, although it varies by the person www.google.com that info.

xxx pounds are NOT gone forever if your not ready to make a LIFESTYLE change...

It is easy at the beginning the work does not kick in until later on down the road, when is that??? www.google.com ex...RNY complications, etc...

Even when a LICENSED professional told me something I STILL would research for my own piece of mind.

YEP!!!  Pop tarts are the devil, by the way.

At some point you will be able to eat just about anything - but the volume will be different and your tastes will likely change.  I can't tolerate the same things I did before - but I will still swoop down on half a slice of cheesecake every now and then...........

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

YES....
I can eat sugar BUT not alot...And if I do...the gas is crazy, so I try and stay away from it....BUT I can not do anything that's FRIED and I really don't care about it either.....I've learned how to love my grilled & baked food.....It's the best !!!

But if your not ready to give it up....DON'T have the SURGERY !!!
Please do your research, research, research !!!

And please feel free to check out my profile !!!

I'm living this surgery and not letting the surgery live me...

I can and I am just a little over 3 months out. I try and stay away from them like they are the plague unless like I am out or something and SHARING. I'll be damned if I leave that whole ice cream cake slice in front of me...alone. It WILL be gone and no good can come of that lol.

I can eat some sweets, but I don't eat a lot of them.  They don't really taste as good as they used to.  Certain sweets, like ice cream, make me very gassy and give me diarrhea if I eat more than a small taste.
