Today's plan
pre-b- protein shake and vitamins
b- boiled egg
s- cottage cheese
l- baked chicken
d- meatballs and IDK???
Got my pedometer clipped to me today and will walk after work.
Goal is to drink 64+ ounces of water already gor 24 oz down so far. Birthday is less than a month away so I gotta GET< GET

Yesterday went well...except for this mishap with some sweedish fish, dayum I love those lil red candies from heaven!!! I have to go cold turkey, or maybe I'll buy a box of individual ones and let hubby give me one a day. We'll see lol
My thighs are on FIYAH!! I did my 1/2 hr pilates, 1/2 hr step workout in the AM. After dinner my DS girls wanted to go rollerskating. We skated for 2 hrs!!! I haven't skated in like 20 yrs......I hope this burn goes away cause I have 4 miles to run this evening with my running club!

B- Protien caramel Frappachino
S- 6 oz greek yogurt w Kashi Go lean crunch
L- leftover smothered chicken and sweet potatoe from Texas Roadhouse
S- salmon cake
D-prob breakfast sandwich- 2 eggs, 4 slices turkey bacon, slice of American, low cab toast
S- if I do well on my carbs and stick to the plan I can have one of my rice pudding cups

Yesterday was a good day, for me right now my weakness is peanuts. I had 2 handfuls yesterday, other then that it was a great day. I wanted to work out twice yesterday but only went to cycling in the evening. I worked the night shift Sunday night and was just too tired to go after work. I do need to work on taking in a little more protein. With the weight training I am doing I need to get in at least 200gms a day. I think I am falling a little short.
I already worked out once today and plan to go to cycling this evening.
