Day four of this mission:  No Mercy and No Excuses (How do you like that Ms K!)

I've got to post this before going to bed tonight.  I expect tomorrow to be a ***** on wheels and I may not get to it in the morning. 


Seems like everyone's on board now with a personal mission; be it diet, exercise or a combination of the two.   Time to
tell the whole truth and be accountable for whatever you're doing.  Ramping up that work out?  Five day pouch test? Protein train? Liquid protein with one healthy meal a day? Keep doing what you're doing if its working; and, let the rest of us in on the secret.  If its a bust, share that too so we can help to figure out what works for you. 

How was your Monday?  What have you learned and what can you pass on to the rest of us?  What worked, what didn't, what was a total cluster fkcu? What's planned for today, the week, the comming weekend?  Comments, critiques, advice?

I am on a roll (I probably shouldn't say that because it makes me think of bread...LOL) right now.  I did well yesterday.  I did not get the amount of water in that I wanted to drink.  I could not resist 2 Tbsp of ice cream when I saw my son eating it.  Ice cream is the .

My plan for today:
Right now-warming up the band with coffee
B-Eggs
L-Salad
D-Tuna
Water-64 ounces

 Roll is a bad word as I am still having potato roll fantasies. 

You are damned good being able to stop at two tbsp with the ice cream.  I'm alergic and I still don't think I could do it.

In my Florida Evans voice....dayum, dayum, dayum the potato rolls because I like them too.  I really wanted to dig in and have a cereal bowl full of ice cream.  But, I have to prove to myself that I have control over ice cream and it does not have control over me.  Right now I am winning but pray for me because it is a fight.  I

I didn't exercise yesterday and I ate a little watermelon.  Other than that, I did ok. 

The plan today:

B - egg, cheese, and sausage omlet

S - protein coffee

L - turkey burger w/ grilled onions, greenpeppers and mushrooms

D - some kinda chicken

BTW - I like the  No Mercy and No Excuses
that's why I didn't even say why I didn't exercise.  LOL

Its been hard avoiding the sugars in fruit.  Its one of my trigger foods.  As for exercise,  here's were I am.

I was on point yesterday, save a lil afternoon incident with some mini Hersheys - the mofos on my job made it 'Ask Mack some shiot today' question day - errybody had some shiot they couldn't figure out on their damn own.......

Today I am doing my protein drink (not a shake, a bullet mixed with SF kool aid and a lil diet ginger ale) and a BBQ rib - that's right, Chris Rock, ONE RIB

Lunch will be a salad w/hard boiled egg and artichoke hearts, a few croutons.

Dinner - salmon croquettes or red beans and cornbread

Exercise - my legs are still sore and stiff from Sunday - will do some upper body weight work, maybe some cardio.

shooting for 80 oz of water today, tho.

On point sounds just right.  Nothing wrong with a little taste.  (I could kill a bag of chocolate right now.  )

I swear I never cooked for myself before WLS - it was a RARE event - I do it because I have a hard time with the way places prepare food and when I reheat it in the microwave, it turns into a pouch brick -

Yesterday went well my day one of the 5 Day Pouch test.. got all of my liquiid down didnt have any hunger pain. I did walk 3 miles yesterday so far feeling good. Looking forward to day 2 of liquid.
