I am on my way to the gym for 1 hr of cardio
This evening I plan on going to cycling class

Woke up this morning and did a 1/2 hour of pilates and 1/2 hour of step aerobics.
 
I was trying to go runnin on my lunch break but it's hot as hell! lol Going out right after work so no time for anything else today.

I'm really not feeling motivated today but I will go to the gym on my lunch and do the couch to 5k.  I'm doing week 5 over because I didn't finish last week and I know that I'm not prepared to do a 20 min. run today.

After work will be reggae workout (I love that class)!

OK from this point on I will try my best to have a positive attitude towards exercise and life period.  After mentioning that i didn't want to go to the gym today, I went, got dressed and went to fill up my water bottle when bam!  The girl standing at her locker changing next to the water fountain burst open her head on the locker door.  Needless to say after attending to her and getting the gym personnel and calling her family there was no time left to work out.

I had to change my clothes and go back to work.  Now I feel like crap because I didn't work out.

Gonna try to get my run in after the reggae workout.

I did my body sculpting but muscle building and cardio remain.  I'll have to stay up late to get them both in, 30 min and 60 min respectively.  Big yawn.
