I NEED HELP!
I am working on a 6 month doctor monitored diet. This is necessary for insurance purposes. What I need help on is that I have to have a therapist say its ok for me to have the surgery. I live in Columubus OH and I have Aetna HMO. If anyone out there has been in the same situation and can help please let me know. Thanks.
Two suggestions.
If you have a surgeon in mind that is in your plan, call his office for a list of the therapist he works with regularly. There may be someone in his office who will likely be in your HMO.
Cross post this to your state's board. You may find someone local to you with good information they can share.
