Dam, I know I'm fat but am I that dam fat. Hurt Feelings

People in my life are pretty negative but they know I have a pretty thick skin and say things to me that would usually hurt other people feelings, but now a days with this perimenopause **** I am miss sensitive and I hate it.

Lee, there's nothing wrong with your weight. I find that people that do a lot of talking and trying to set us up for failure lacks courage to do something about getting healthy,  it just goes to show that she is still jealous because you had the courage to get off your as........ and say no more and had the wls. You are beautiful and not where you were in the begining. Someone said to me the other day niece are you gaining weight I said no I have my period(I had a hysterectomy 7yrs. ago) I had to do that for me because I will go there on them and tell you all later. So the blessing is that you are not that fat friend now and haven't been in awhile and she maybe dealing with some low self-esteem because you have what she wants and may not have the courage to do what we do. I even got this comment don't lose to much weight you may look like a bobble head I said you afraid if I lose as much as you, your girl may start making comments like she do now. Other peoples insecurities and low self-esteem will not trigger mines and please don't let it affect you to where you become obsessed in losing more weight because of her comment. for we know that opionions is like an as wholes we all have one, easy does it but do it and keep it moving. Thanks Niece but I feel pretty much like crap today but i'm gonna try to let it go because your right her ass is jealous.  When she saw me at my very smallest she completely ignored that I had lost 140 freaking pounds and wouldn't say a word. 

But there is no denying things like that knock you back for a loop but i'm gonna try to stop letting it run over and over in my head.

Some people are not happy unless they are spreading their own misery.  Allow her comments to motivate you, and rest well knowing you have the power to reclaim your game.

Damn Lee.  I'm sorry your 'friend' would say such hurtful things to you.  hell if I just end up at where you are I'd be more than satisfied.

You look great, but if you wanna lose a few more lbs you knw what to do.

I actually do still have quite a bit of weight to get off of me,  and her big ass mouth is enough to get me back on my grind.

Getting mad is a big motivatin force for me too.

No matter how much you work out, lose, tone and whatnot SOME ignant somm***** is gonna say something - THAT'S a guarantee!!!  Now - the thing that YOU truly control - is where you 1)react to it 2) believe it and 3) change a DAMN thing because of it.

That ***** woulda heard from ME how FAT her ass is - followed by the final 'kiss my ENTIRE ass and don't ever call me again *****' - but that's me

Exercise because you CHOOSE to - not because you are motivated to prove some fat ***** wrong.

It just shocked the hell out of me that she would laugh like that and say the **** she did especially the did you eat a dam camel part.    Just freaking rude.

I almost did call her all kinds of fat this and that but I held my tounge and just said no matter how fat I am you are still twice my size.  Now i'm mad I didn't cuss her out.
