Hold my feet to the fire please! Accountability Mission Day 2
Was it a Martin's potato bun? Dear God what I wouldn't do for a Martin's potato bun.
I have made myself a hermit this weekend to stay on point and I almost caved today. It was a cluster fkcu that got me on this mission. Eating coolwhip and fat free cream cheese on a spoon instead of meals, then trying to rationalize it because my calories were ok.
You sure hit your protein for the day. Now back away from the potato buns, turn around, and walk off some of those carbs, lol.

I actually decided to start tomorrow instead. I do much better when I'm resricted by my work schedule. When I log off I'll be doing my workout dvd. Remember the TV show Extreme Makeover? I was a big fan of the exercise guy. I'm suprised at how good of a workout a dvd can give you.
I've got my Unjury protein packets and soups and bottles of water to pack for work tomorrow.
