Day two of this mission: 

Some have started: others will start during the week.  You may begin with the 5 day pouch test; a protein train; or whatever you're feeling or whatever's feeling you.  Do what works for you but tell the whole truth and be accountableNo Mercy and No Excuses (Ms Kim's words blatantly plagiarized)

For me its day two of the 5DPT. 
Liquid Protein - low-carb protein shakes, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar-free gelatin and sugar-free pudding.  Same as yesterday. 

Yesterday went well.  I exceeded my 100g of protein, my 80 oz of liquids and my 40 oz of plain water.  For the day I had three servings of soup, three servings of jello, one serving of pudding, and four protein shakes. 
Calories 848/ Protein 117g/ Fat 23g/ Carbs 56g
Total liquids 120 oz/ water 48 oz
All supplements taken and workout, finished late but done. 

Today's goal is the same as yesterday.  I'm focused on getting 100g of protein in along with 80 oz liquids, half of which is water.  Supplements are a must of course and I'm on my normal exercise schedule.  I went way over my liquids as my cardiologist wants me to keep it under 90 oz because of edema.  But with liquids only for two days, well...  Shhhh, he'll never know, lol.

Good Morning
Yesterday was an OK day.  I could have eaten more protein. I did work out weight Resistance and cardio.
Today's goal: Target 200 gms protein ,  1 12/ Gal of water, 1 HR cardio(goal to burn 700-800 cal)

I'll jump in and attempt to rid my body of those dreadful carbs. The kicker for me is next week I will be on business travel and will have to stay the course.

Travel makes it hard to keep on point but you'll do it.   Be sure to carry a few safe foods like protein bars to banish the temptation demons.  Carrying my emergency food makes it easier for me.

Good Morning

I finished my evening off with my salad as planned and was able to get down the remainder of my water too. My plan for today is:

B-Eggs and cheese
L-Applebees (steak and a side salad or some kind of salad with meat)
D-IDK yet

Applebees sounds so good.  I think thats where I'll head when my mission is complete.

Again....I am doing my own modified version of protein shakes....soups.....and liquids during the day with one meal arund din din time well its been three days and I am down 7 pounds! I see i stay close to 45 carbs/day and close to 100 g of protein.....I am so happy I am back on track! I need to be before the students start to flood my classroom again....first month back to school is always a hectic time and I need to be in control of my eating/excersize.

Go ahead girl, you found what works for real. 

If I can loose that much over the next ten days I'll be dancing in the streets.  Once this mission is over I'll be trying it your way for a couple of days.

Yesterday was a total cluster **** I went to the beach and totally went against my goals for the day. Here goes the shame...
B- protien shake
S- turkey sausage (17g of protien...big dog lol) buuut my greedy ass couldn't resist the potatoe bun. I looove potatoe buns
L- another turkey sausage and potatoe bun
S- 3 chicken wingettes, baked beans, tuna mac salad
D- another turkey sausage and potatoe bun
S- slice of cheesecake

Didn't even go running in the AM, jeesh
