Hello Everyone

Today I had personal training with my ASWOME (and fine may I add, LOL) trainer
We did lower body, and I jogged on the tread mil after for 45 min, burning total of 530 cal. My trainer has set a goal for me to burn the minimum of 3,500 cal a week.  This should result in one pound of FAT loss a week. If I follow my eating plan.  My week starts on Sat./today
So far 530 cal of cardio this week.

Today I attended Group Cycle and Body Pump class. I am exhausted now. I am working on keeping my calories as low as possible , no higher than 1,600 a day.
MSW will not settle

60 min cardio plus body sculpting, yoga, and pilates for today.
