People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

I know dealing with an Alzheimer patient is rough but ya gotta just tell yourself that you love them and keep on making it do what it do.  Ya know?!

My Uncle Leon was a big headed chocolate black dwarf who ended up suffering from Alzheimer's and drove my family, me especially, nuts.  That little big-headed 'ninja' would sit on the couch and just **** on himself simply because he forgot to go to the bathroom or thought that he was already in one; he would sip out of the dayum milk jug straight from the fridge like he forgot the rules - knowing good and well he probably forgot to brush his teeth; and to top it all off he'd just blurt **** out (deep-rooted, hurtful, personal family ****) when everybody got together for a family function.  I swear that little bastid was funny as hell, until he started blurting my **** out in particular - then I'd wanna kill 'em.

Hang in there, Naneej!  It's tough right now but it'll get better.

Neenaj, ouch!!!  I can relate.  How about this:  a co-worker of mine who was the heaviest woman in our workplace, upon my advice, went to my dr. and followed through with RNY.  Today she has lost over 150 lbs. and has totally reached goal........................I have to interact and see her each and everyday...........as I struggle with still trying to reach goal........not to mention a 15 lb. gain feeling fat as ever, as if I never had to surgery (I know that's not the case, but it's how I feel).....but I can  honestly say:::: She's my inspiration.....................
(I had nothing but hater-ation for her but shifted that to inspiration)  It's on now!!!
