I wish my gym offered cycling on Sunday.
I had to opt for the stairmaster and the elliptical machine.

Circut training only today combining cardio & strength. 
Its a new routine so I'm not sure how long it will take.  This is my 'freestyle' day.  A lighter workout of my choice.

I went to the gym and put down a good weight routine - felt nice to get some free weights in my hand - I MISSED my weight gloves!!!! LOL 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Great job.  I love the way working out with weights makes me feel afterward.
And now I can actually see some of my hard work. I think nothing is more sexxier than a woman with well defined arms and legs.
