Well, I eat anything I want....in moderation. I looked up black olives on calorieking.com (I look everything up on there). They had no protien, a few carbs, and a whole lotta sodium. I would eat them sparingly to avoid water retention, if that affects you like it does me.

I know they are high in sodium but I love them on pizza and in my salads.  I eat the green ones straight out of the bottle....YUMMY!!

See that's how I eat the black ones. Buy a can of the whole ones and can eat the whole thing.

Olives of all kinds are high in fat, but it's a healthy fat so in moderation there GREAT!!  Love 'em!!

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

I stick to the 4 olive serving size.  With pimento 19 cal, 2.4g fat, 320mg sodium (yikes), 0.5g carb, 1g prot (brekenridge farms salad olives)
