Thank God for food scales.   I'm a clean your plate club member too.  Initiated by depression era parents and nuns with photos of starving kids.  Now the plate holds just 3-5 oz for most meals.

I've been laid off this week and home with the kids so............haven't had much time for BAF. I'm in.............I will start on Tuesday.

Sorry about the layoff, been there.  I hope you're back to work soon.
