Day zero of this mission:

Some are starting today, some tomorrow (like me), others Monday or another day.  Pouch test for some and straight to the protein train for others.  Do it any way you'd like but tell the whole truth and be accountable

For our supporters, don't let us slide on anything.  We need some tough love to do this.

My plan: 5 day pouch test followed by a 7 day protein train
Today for me is planning for the five day pouch test.  I'll have my meals ready to go so there'll be no trips to the store temptating me.  I'm making my day 1 and day 2 sf jello, sf pudding and soups so I just have to add my protein powder.

Confession...let me be the first to say that my BF's birthday cake and ice cream was soooo good last night.  Why must carbs be sooo dayum good?!?!  So it is back to the Protein Train (PT) this a.m. with coffee eggs and bacon.  I am on my 2nd 12 oz cup of "plain" water.  Plain water prior to 12 p.m. is a huge deal for me because it gags me.  I have been putting off walking because it has been way too Louisiana HOT!  Walking is my favorite form of exercising so with his encouragement, we are supposed to begin our walking by Monday at the latest.  Good luck to everyone.

  cake...icecream, and I can't even eat the stuff yet still I drool

I knew I could not start today because I need to clear all illegal substances. 

We both know midday is no time to walk in LA.  I love Louisianna but that heat and humidity is no joke. 

Congrats on the plain water.  It gags me too but I'm shooting for at least a quart today and 40oz starting tomorrow.

Hey lady! I'm jumping on with you. I have been doing good lately...well except for the liquid calories. I still cannot get that part together. Anywho no pouch test or train for me but I'm going to be accountable with you and make excellent food choices.

Today's plan
B- RTD choc chake
S- Seafood pasta salad made w/ Dreamfields
L- more seafood salad
S- 6 oz greek yogurt, 1/4 C Kashi Go Lean Crunch
S- 6 buffalo wings
D-prob 2 or 3 pieces of f ried fish

Exercise- Hour of kickboxing

Yesterday...I thought I would do day 1 of the pouch test...well I ended up doing a meal in the afternoon...grilled chicken with brocolli...I did my shakes and drank over 80 oz of water...i was going like crazy (tmi)....anywho, I lost 5 pounds!...yeah buddy! so for me it will be liquids for me with one great meal in the day....one habit I am trying to kick is that you don't have to be a clean plate club memeber when eating! talk to you all in a minute!
