BREAKING NEWS........As of today I have lost a total of 50lbs.  I can't believe it and is ecstatic with myself.  I am so glad that the Lord as blessed me with having this surgery and he has also assisted me within the last three months.

It feels great to be able to sit in my car with the seat belt on comfortably.  It feels great to be able to sit in the pedicure chair and have spare room.  It feels great to be able to fit some of the clothes that were in my closet collecting dust.  It feels great to be able to do yard work and not have to take a pain killer after wards.  It feels great to hear compliments from friends and family on how great you look.  And it feels great to have everyone on the site as someone to turn to.

I am so proud of myself for my decision to have the surgery.  There were many of times that I almost chickened out.  I thought I could never do it and I wouldn't have the will power to succeed.  I feel great and I have gained confidence in myself.  I feel that I have been blessed and given a second chance in life and that I am grateful for.

Congratulations on your success, this is only the beginning of things you will notice and be thankful for.

When you devote yourself to achieving your goal, you will not be bothered by shallow criticism.
