OT: what have you been jamming to lately?
Yep got that in the MP trizzle for shizzle. My kids told me that I had to update my playlist so being the old fart that I am I put the following jams in:
Ms. Officer - Lil Wayne/feat. Bobby Valentino (commentary - I like the B. Valentino parts but the Lil 'Wayne rap in this one sounds like he's either high or bored. At any rate, the beat is slammin.)
Boom Boom Pow - Black Eyed Peas (The chick's part is fresh like hip hop from '81 or something. The guys suck but the music is pumpin.)
Low - Flo Rida/feat. T. Pain. (Is it just me or does T. Pain sound much better with out that robotic **** backing him up? This joint proves my theory.)

My 8 and even 3 year old know every word in that Boom Boom Pow. Don't see how they pick the lyricks up so quick. I'd have to print them out, then study and then listen to the song 50 more times to learn it. They already got me training to pump up the volume errytime it comes on the radio.
The T-Pain machine was cool at first but dang....every other song. Brotha started sounding dislexic. It does sound better without the robot.

Really, I likes all genres of music.......I have everything on my Ipod; Nancy Wilson is what I have been listing to for the past 3 days. Just whatever it takes to walk me around that track 5 miles.

Plies - Becky - Who/What is Becky???? I was slow on this one, asking my son(24) who is becky, somebody gon tell me who becky is. He's like" I don't know mom"...lier! Ok, so I investigate Youtube..OMG!!!! I still like the fast beat, great for walking......because I usually am not listening to words, just the music to push my speed.
ETA: I need to stay away from the Hip-Hop Rap(newskool), if I need an interpreter.
