Going to Dallas this aftrnoon, will do 1 hr on treadmil at hote this evening.

On my lunch break I'm gonna go outside and get in my 3 miles, might be 2.5 depending on how dayum hot it is LOL. Then tonight I'll be doing my FIRM sculpting DVD

Morning

Today will be day 2 of the couch 2 5k, my longest run yet 2  8 min runs .   After work will be the reggae workout.

Yesterday I really didn't want to go to the gym on my lunch hr. but I had already posted that I would do it so I had to and I'm glad I did.  I really feel better after a workout and if I hadn't gone it would have set a president for the entire week.  Besides I like to see the trophy on my calorie monitor .

On business travel the last 2 days but I walked for my excercise. Today it will be RPM class.
MSW will not settle

Cardio, half hour eliptical and half hour bike
Body sculpting half hour
Muscle building half hour

I'm breaking everything up again.  Its too much to try and get through it all at once.  I'm far more consistent with shorter sessions.

But I'm going to the gym, going to try the ellipitical today!!!!! Maybe do some circuit training

hey barb....

not sure i didn't do  my treadmill this morning....so either that or one of my dvd's....but SOMETHING FOR SURE!
