1 Year Post Op & I FEEL GOOD!!! (pictures)
Well hello my BAF! Today makes 1 year since i had my surgery & i must admit, I feel so GOOD! I really haven't lost alot of weight but i really didn't have that much to loose, (started at 240lbs.) I am now down to 202lbs, (onederland, here i come
) I really like that i am losing slow cause i have acomplished alot like my eating habits & how & when i eat. I have had a total of 4 fills & i went in today to see my surgeon for another one but i honestly do beleive that i am at my sweet spot! So i didn't get one, lost 6lbs in 4 weeks. She told me to come back in 4 weeks, & see if i would need one then. I workout 6 days a week & weight training 3 days a week. I'm really liking how i am toneing up & i get sooo many compliments! I can eat whatever without getting stuck, but my darling Band lets me know when to stop. I tell ya, this has & IS an amazing journey & i have really worked hard to get to where i am at! My doctor wants me to loose 25-30 more lbs cause she says that i have alot of muscle mass. So hopefully by the end of this year i will be right at 175lbs, (no smaller cause my man likes em THICK) I would like to thank GOD for giving me this opportunity & then i would like to thank you guys for all of your support!! I have posted some updated pictures of me now. Check them out! (ps, if you are not on my friend list & would like to see them, hit me up!) TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!!!!!!

Congratulations to you!
