HELP ME PLEASE
I think we all can tell you about several different diets to take. But where not nutritionist. I had the VSG in March. Your surgeon didn't set you up with a nutritionist ? I would think you would work with one up till the day of your surgery. The best diet to do is to be serious about your pre-weight loss and be determined to comply with a new healthy living before and after your surgery.

Hello,
Since you are very young your metabolism is still pretty good, I would suggest start by taking small walks and try to walk at least 1 hour per day and then increase it to 2 hours, and drink water ONLY and what helped me lose weight fast without doing any liquid diet was I ate only tuna and some lite crackers ONLY for about 1 month this way it did not make me feel like I was starving and the heavier you are the quicker you can lose weight.
I lost about 20 pounds in 1 month doing this.
