Protein Train? Educate me please.
Yes, this is the Atkins approach and basically what i'm doing now. I was doing this off and on before surgery. I have to be really careful of carbs. If i do i usually work out. All the meats provide the protein your body needs but when i work out it needs some carbs also; but you do need to choose wisely. I usually just say nothing white, most meats, no soda (ofcourse), no foods with carbs over 13. I love paul newman salad dressing.

Don't stay on too long.....your body does need the good carbs.
Yes, the lack of carbs does spark the WL, but some do gain it back after getting off this. It's best to stay on for a week or so, then come off and gradually add a few carbs, then go back on.
