I have resolved tha****er will get me there. I have not had a gallon of water in 4 years since my vbg. The tt has swelling issues so water, water, water will accompany my daily walking and diet combo!

I had forgot about this little check in thingy .. lol
but I need it.  I'm back on track as of
yesterday before then ... I've had my slips, slides
and down right falls.  Too much fun this summer.

Starting yesterday ..... protein train, excercise,
96 oz water and of course all vitamins.  I gotta
go hard core for a long while now.

Seriously, I'm way off track.  I resolved to walk at least 3x a week and eat right, but I haven't been doing that lately.

My energy is sapped and my stomach is finicky but I'm determined to get it in gear!
Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.
