Da heyl yall been up to????  I haven't seen a whole lotta 'chatter' about being on point - does that mean you have fallen off???  BET NOT!!!!  We are still rolling through the summer, so get your behinds on the grind and GET RIGHT if you ain't already.

Having now been allowed back in the gym, I am working on getting back into condition - VERY hard, because my first time back was very disappointing to me - I wanted to get back in and hit the ground running - but after I hit the ground..... I had to lay there for a couple minutes and rest THEN walk..... but I am determined to get back in my groove. 

Eating is on point with me - I started a new at work lunch 'program' - instead of running out to get something, I go to the grocery store on Monday and buy a big bag of salad and the packets of tuna.  I make a salad everyday - the packet of tuna has loads of protein and the salad is tasty too - I add a couple of croutons and WHAMMO!  lunch is served. 

Alright - cough it up, slackers!!!!  and in CASE you forgot WHO you are...................

Hey Trina!

I cheated this past weekend really bad with the carb monster. I started the train on yesterday and I will ride for the remainder of the week to get my cravings back under control.  At this point I want to see 189 on the scale and I will do whatever exercise or extra curricular activities that I need to do in order to reach that goal.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

I started back doing weights these last couple of weeks and am working on getting the food back on track.  Good idea about the lunch...thats my issue I get busy and work and end up running somewhere to get something to eat.  Gonna get this done!

I am being consistent with working out at least 6 days a week.

Weight loss is still 10 pounds less than two months ago... C'mon these other stubborn 10 pounds... I have to blame those on the al al alcohol...

As always, I am honored for this honorable mention. 

Nothing lost nothing or gained this week.  I've only lost 5.2 lbs so far this month and I'm 12 lbs behind schedule for the % of excess weight lost expected by my next follow up.   

My surgeon knows I'm a metabolic mess, so he's been suprised I've been slightly ahead of his schedule (but behind my own).  Now I've got to shed 12 lbs in sixteen days just to keep up.   

Now how in hell do I make that happen?   Fortunately, there are no local bridges for me to jump off, lol.  

ETA:  Been good with the workouts.   I've changed up the routine and the muscle is building quicker than I'd expected.   I'm wiped out when I'm all done but it is so worth it.
