EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In
Hello Everyone
This morning I met with my personal trainer and we did lower body. Why was he so fixated on people being athletic and still fat. He preached the entire morning on people going to the gym, or having a trainer and still eating bad,, making poor food choices. Garbage in garbage out. Did he know I did not have a good food weekend. Anyhow it was a good workout and after I burned 238 calories on the stair stepper.

It's Tuesday morning, I'm back from my mini vacation and back on the grind. This afternoon I will be on the treadmill to repeat my week 5 day 1 of the couch 2 5k. I did it yesterday on my dad's treadmill but for some reason the 0.0 incline feels like a 1.0 and it put more stress on my legs than I am accustomed to so I couldn't finish my final run
so I'll do it again.
After work I'll do a spin class.

I'm really thinking about getting a trainer. I'm just about comfortable in my size and would love to tone up.
My plan was to teh track workout with my running club, but it's only 10:30 and hot as shyt already!!!! The track is in complete sun. I might be burnt out by the end of the day. If I don;t go running I'm hitting the gym for a spin class.......at a differnt gym lol

Like most thin people your trainer doesn't get it. Fit is good period. I was and still am fit and fat. My fear pre op was to be unfit and even fatter, lol.
I decied to take a holiday after posting yesterday, giving me my first three day weekend in ages. Its back to daily as of today with the usual. 60 min cardio. 30 min body sculpting. 30 min muscle building.
