Well I was trying to go natural but I just couldn't stand it any more, so I relaxed last week and got a hair cut and some highlights this week and I absolutely LOVE it....check out my new pics

i was only 4 months into growing my relaxer out and i didnt want to do the big chop. The humidity was killing me I couldnt do anything with this stuff.

Oh ok, I don't understand why when girls decide to go natural they chop their hair off. I never understood that whole "Big Chop" situation.

I am natural, have been all my life and I am a bun girl 24/7. My hair only sees the light of day once maybe twice a year.

When you go natural from having a relaxer, you have two different textures of hair on your head; curly/kinky on the bottom and straight at the ends. It's funny looking and extra fragile when you comb it. It's just easier to cut it off and start over.
