EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In Sorry it;s so late
Hello BAF Family
I apologize for positing late.
Today I went to the gym this morning at 6:30 am and have not stopped. I am typing this from work.
I did 30 min on the stair stepper and 30 min on the elliptical machine.
Burned around 650-700 calories. My trainer has changed by goal, I now must burn between
3, 500 and 4, 000 calories a week and changed my body fat goal to 9%.
After my workout I went home changed and drove to Austin to watch a fitness show. Something called Texas Round Up.
Boy did those women have amazing bodies. Walking testimonies of just what is capable with hard work and dedication.
I did not stay for the men's pre judging nor the main event at night because I am working tonight.
Tomorrow I plan to do 60 min of cardio as well.

I awoke with good intentions, but then I declared today a holiday and did nothing of value all day.
