Choo choo
Good afternoon everyone,
just chugging in to ask if anyone would like to join me in a protein train next week. I want to lose my last 30 lbs by October. I will return in an hour or so to explain what the protein train is and answer questions if needed. If it happens I will conduct in the evening hours because my daytime hours are spent helping to care for my ailing mother, so if anyone would like to conduct during the day it would be appreciated. Thanks

LOL...you know Protein Train is my middle name up in this camp!
I'm currently trying something a little modified...only eating good carbs in the a.m.
I've found when I try to follow the PT....with no carbs...I go carb crazy....LITERALLY. PaciaB was telling me about the carbs in the morning, she got it from her Nut.
Good luck with your goal Q!

I'm clueless but interested. Fill me in please. I may be able to do am (But what do I do?).
As for am carbs, well my surgeon (and many body builder types) says eat simple carbs/ sugar with protein early am after a working out on an empty stomach. You burn them off more easily this way.
Can't speak for everyone, but I do better with the early workout and one daily carb meal like low net carb spaghetti or a banana for breakfast after a protein shake.
