I's Married Now!

Hello everyone,  to all the newbies, welcome, my name is Lora. 

I haven't been on the board in awhile. I posted on Lee's Egypt post, that I am married now. My husband is rather spoiled, jealous of my computer!  Not to mention I am still excited about being married......lol!

I read a post a few days ago about why people don't post or comeback (can't remember the title), well before I had the I's married excuse, I slowed down in posting because, I was really enjoying my new life, and NOT taking care of myself.  I stopped losing weight, missed my vitamins, and did not exercise,  I gained 5lbs and created some health issues. So my reason was ASHAME!  Ashame of how I let the "you look good"," don't lose anymore weight" comments go to my head.  After all the support and warnings I read, I had to find out the hard way. 

I have since started my exercising and eating health again.  The weight is coming off again, but it's not easy.  Please stick to your plan, and please take your meds/vitamins.
