first off i need ur help....im soooo sick of protein drinks....i know i have to get back on the grind....im almost two years out and sometimes my pouch is such a biatch she wont even take protein food such as meat eggs blah blah blah..protein....I dont even have the drive to work out...this is where im needing a little help....I know its all on me and I have to want it I guess im just coming to you all for a little boost/help///push///love.....i know you all do a roll call on exercise i be on that post daily...my goal is to drop 30lbs b4 my tummy tuck...my doc says 50....no way..

Hi Suante, have you tried being creative with your protein? One of my favorite shakes is made with Whey Protein from Wal-mart(vanilla)1 Scoop, about 6 -7 ice cubes, 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons of Hills Bros Cappuccino Mix. 

Maybe you can just start by making a commitment to do at least 15 min of walking per day(lunch, break, before/after work).

yes maam i have soooooo much protein, from wal mart target and bariatriceating.com...i flip it up all the time i havent tried cappuccino mix thanks for that one....ur idea of starting off with just 15 minutes is what i need see what i do is usually go hard and work out for two hrs....so thanks again for that and i trust i will be back on the grind by monday

Don't make me BEAT YOUR TAIL!!!!!!!!!   Get your butt in gear and do what you need to do.  You have come too far to get stuck now.  If the protein is not coming back then you need to keep drinking it.  Hold your nose...jump up and down....send positive vibes into the universe....do whatever you have to do to get it. 


You know I love you as only a big sister can.  I am proud of you!!!!!

 I am out of my Believe coffee flavored RTD protein, so I brewed a pot of coffee and put it in the fridge.  This morning, I mixed Isopure dutch choc power in shaker with skim milk and coffee from the fridge.  It was pretty good!  A little stronger than RTD, but I will just brew weaker coffee next time.

I also use the frozen Dole mango pieces and Nectar Fuzzy Navel in the magic bullet with water.  Just a couple of suggestions to get the protein down.  By any means necessary!
