STARTING OVER??
I went through the same thing as an early post op. It difficult, but this is your time to pay attention to you. It's very easy to lose focus, hard to regain it, and harder to maintain it but you can do it. Go back to basics if you must, remember those good ol' post op rules. Water, protein, vitamins, exercise...it will all fall back into place.
Best wishes to you on your journey!

you have to tackle it a bit at a time. Don't try to do a cold turkey shock to your system - you will probably fall back off.
I step things down in phases - I start by reintroducing good habits (ie. vitamins everyday, protein shake everyday) then start taking away one bad habit and replace it with a good thing. I was on a fast food kick for a while and I replaced my lunches with a salad and pack of tuna. I now buy a big bag of salad on Monday and have it in the fridge at work all week - a pack of tuna and some salad dressing, couple croutons - BOOM! instant filling and good lunch. I then found myself making better dinner choices as my hunger got under control.
Don't forget abou****er - hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!!! Make yourself a goal on this too - mine is 60 oz min - I shoot for 80.
Good luck to you, don't be a stranger!!!

So sorry for your pain. Thanfully, you're still taking care of you.
When a family member fell off the wagon she went back to basics, drastically doing shakes and liquids for a couple days to get herself back in focus. Then it was back to eating more modest portions. Its taken a few months, but she's slowly eliminating the foods that do her no good. She's also using me as her accountability person.
She's back on track. Hope this helps.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I left my husband the 11 month post-op.....left him in another state. Divorced him 5 month later. My husband weighed 150 wet. I figured if I could lose that 150 lbs then I could also lose another. I took it one day at a time. They are going to be hard days. you have to use whatever to motivate you and keep you motivated. My ex-husband is my motivation. I cant wait for him to see me again.
Try and stay focus on you. Replace bad choices with good choices. Dont pick up any new bad habits. Try to improve the good habit.
Good luck
