HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!
Although I am working all weekend
 
I am on my way to the gym for 1 hr of cardio.  Think I am going to mix it up and do 1/2 hr of stair master and 1/2 hr on the tread mil running.

I have body fat today at 9:30 before my training session.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that I lost something

I made a cluster fcku of yesterday but today I'm on point.  Cardio and body sculpting done.  I hit the gym right after it opened at six.  Tonight, a walking tape and resistance bands. 

If you don't mind my asking, how do you have your body fat measured?  What methods do they use?  Is it done at the gym or the doctor's office?  Thanks.

My trainer trainer measures it with calipers.  They clip the different parts of your body.  The chest, back, tricep, bicep, calf, thigh, lower back kidney area, hip area and the worst the abdomen and then he takes your weight and uses some formula to come up with how much fat you have and how much lean mass/muscle you have.  It's a far better indicator than the scale.  For example this week I lost 1 pound of weight and 2pounds of body fat. My body fat dropped in one week from 15.1 to 13.9.  I do about 300 min of cardio a week and weight train 3 times a week and follow a high protein low fat low carb diet. It really works.

I am happy to say that I just finished my EA Active workout on my Wii.....I also would like to say that I am so very happy that I FINALLY got on the "wokout train"! I have felt SO MUCH BETTER these days with activity icluded in my daily routine!

i did 30 cardio treadmill before work.....just did an inspection of the the building.....walked a lot ...im tired dang it.....lol

have a good weekend barb...even though your working...you have a job to bo to...

I am really taking a rest day today, I did the new launch yesterday and boy oh boy.  Tomorrow I am doing 2 sessions, Body Pump and Group Cycle.
