Breakfast ideas

Hey Mack,
I switch it up depending on how I feel.  Today I had about 4 spoons of grits and 2 slices of bacon.  Sometimes I do sliced smoked gouda w/ strawberries and 3 wheat crackers, or Ill just make like half of a turkey sandwich.  Every day changes because half the time in the mornings I dont even want to eat.  =)

I know you said no eggs and bacon, but every morning I make southwestern egg beaters with salsa on them and turkey bacon and it is soooo good! I fix it here at work and everyone is always going around talking about how good it smells. Good luck to you.

McDonalds sell a steak, egg and cheese bagel.

I tell them that I only want the steak pattie. It is well seasoned and has grilled onions as well. Great source of protein and It's only $1.79.
