I am not one to judge but..............

I am in a christian school and you all know how it is. There is this girl and guy alway's talking about jesus this and that well we have to do team projects and at first I thought that God was having a sense of humor until tonite. I got to class and found that me and the guy is on the same team for the third time so the girl calls his name in front of me points at me and the team sheet and laugh I wanted to go there and she knew I would because I cursed them out before. I made a decision tonite either the school is going to place me in another class or I will find me another school. My mom say's sometimes people can be so heavenly bound that the are no earthly good. I really don't want  to turn this school out with my ghettoism. I have a 3.5 GPA I carry the group so that I can get a good grade to. I think that if they stay out of the preachers face so much and stop trying to be someones judge and juror they might can see the bat in their eyes and I won't catch a case . OK I'm done and feel a lot better just pray for us. For we know that many are called but few are chosen. Thank you for letting me share. lol

Sounds like the girl is a little immature. Gurl...just do your part of the project, keep you GPA up, keep a smile on your face at your accomplishments and keep it moving. No need to waste your time worrying about what she or anyone else is thinking about the assignment sheet.  If you want to leave the class or school because YOU are uncomfortable...its your decision BUT don't let anyone chase you away. GET YOURS! I wish you the best.   

I'm so crabby right now I should not be replying but I hated when the young kids are so disrespecting.  Stay in the class get move from the team with him are her.  And when it's time for grade to be given out stand there look at the grades and point to the both of them a laugh.  Trust me the joke will be on them in the end then if you are ready to find a new school go for it.  Bu****ch the grades and see who get the last laugh.  I'm on my way to a battle field with a few young people tomorrow trying to hold my car insurance respondable for and accident they are trying to put at my expensive.. Thank God it just Friday I have all day to do my thing.  They want to stick with each other, my sister always talk about paper trace.  Well tomorrow the paper will fly.  All of them will have to deal with there boss after I sent in all the paper work.  Just do your thing and watch the grade drop and then who will have the last laugh.

grew up in the church so I know a some folks like that.....all I can do is SMH  and keep it moving..

In the corporate world you are going to have to work with people you don't like.  You're going to have to work with people who are procrastinators, lazy and downright trifling.  You will have to work with people with nasty attitudes.  You don't go to work to make friends.  It's all about the paycheck, or in your situation, the grade.

It is crucial that you learn survival skills now if you want to be successful in the future..

Put on your game face.  Understand, I'm not saying be fake, but approach the situation knowing that you are in a different environment and that different rules apply.  You need to study the culture of the place where you are working and learn their rules.  That's how you win the game.
 - Who has the real power? 
 - Who has the ability to influence? 
 - What is important to leadership?
 - How can you position yourself to be visible to leadership? 

Be professional, no matter what.  Cursing people out is only going to make you look bad to your superiors.  If you feel the need to make a formal complaint against these people for harrassment, by all means do so.  You have that right.

If you have to "carry" the group to get your grade, you might have to just suck it up and do it. 
Do what you have to do to get yours.  I've been in the same situation before and it isn't fair, but there are some situations over which we have no control. 

Be strong.  You can do this.

I went to student council today and they moved me to another class because another staff member is in the class and she suggested that after what she witnessed that I be allowed to move Thank You Jesus. Thanks for all the support and encouranging words.
