HE SHOULD BE FIRED! I live in Boston and I tell you, the white police officers here (and yep, some black ones too) are really racist. Heck, Boston is racist, but it is what it is...
Anyway, I am just in shock of how others that don't live in Boston, pertray this city. It really is sad, but even sadder, most of it is true. And he was just STUPID, the City of Boston is NO JOKE, when it comes down to their EMAIL, Internet or Network Servers! There is NO privacy! So yes, to make an example out of him, FIRE HIS BUTT!!!

My question then is if a Black cop uses the same criteria to to use excessive and/or unnecesarry force on Black people/Minority persons is it "Racism" or is it "Racial Profiling ( the act of suspecting or targeting a person on the basis of observed characteristics or behavior")

gurrrrrl black on black racism is and has always been alive and well. There is nothing more worse and DANGEROUS than to encounter a black person prejudiced against his or her own race. It all goes back to the Willie Lynch theory, and we all have witnessed at some time or another how horrid and hedious we can treat our own people, especially if there is an audience. Unfortunantly many will choose to hate a whole race of people based on the stupid actions of a few. I have said before that through research I have found that there are black members of the KKK.
