Yeah just pure sugar cane that they press in between these things and squeeze out the juice. It does taste good but my stomach just couldn't handle it.

I swear to you I was in so much pain I was humming ole negro spirituals, Becca felt so bad for me but she was cracking up when I broke out in the songs.
