Oh my workout clothes are already packed.  I think my dad has a treadmil so I can keep up with my couch 2 5k.

Busy busy busy today but if I would just stop goofing, I might still make the gym.  If not, I can get the same routine in at home. 

Body sculpting and muscle building, same wherever I am.  Cardio, just different machines or a video. 
I will exercise today!

Need heavier dumbells for home now but I can add reps and sets to make up the difference.  I really need a home gym.

not sure but, either treadmill and upper body weights or taebo...we willl see..

ended up getting a flat tire and having to go get that repaired yesterday so no gym. Today is Zumba though so I'm looking forward to it and dreading it at the same time. I was told that the instructor today works you out more than the first one so I'm a little afraid, but I'll be there.
