Hello Everyone
I am off to my training session .  Today I have lower body and after I plan on doing 40 min of cardio.  Not sure what maching it will be today, depending on how my legs feel.  I like the stairmaster but wee will have to see.

Today is a new launch for RPM, and I will be there. I am switching up between Body Pump and Spin throughout the week days. On the weekend, I will do both classes back to back.
 This is the one post that keeps me going. Thanks for leading the charge.

I have never done both classes back to back, that would be challenging.
This post helps me too.  I feel I have to keep my end up. There are times when not many people respond, but if only one person is encouraged to get out and exercise, then it's all worth it.

We are spin/cycle buddies, you love it just as much as I do. LOL
One day I hope to become an instructor.

I'll be walking 2 miles on my lunch break today; then possibly hitting the elliptical when I get home tonight.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Working on my arms at my desk....trying to get a head start on reducing the bat wing effect before surgery!!


Going to the gym after work, even put the bag in my car so I dont go home!

Thanks God for creating, Jesus for saving, and the Holy Ghost for sustaining ME!

Those bat wings are the worst, LOL.  I do alot, alot of tricep exercises.  My trainer is BIG on triceps.  I still have skin that hangs, and always will but by building the tricep it doesn't look as bad. Keep up the good work.

I have to do the same with the gym bag.  If not I will not make it and I am more of a morning workout type of person.

Keep up the good work. you got about 42 days to go.......

O.K. I have to be honest i post when I workout so I have to be accountable when I don't. 
I didn't make it to the gym yesterday and I probably won't get there for the rest of the week.  Yesterday was baby girl's birthday and I had to do a few last minute things and get home early for the lil get together.  As for today and the rest of the week.  I'll be going away this weekend and I have a few errands to run. 

But I will be back on point next week

Well have fun this weekend. We all have "things" that occur and our day does not turn out as we had planned.  think that's only human, LOL
The important thing is to stay on track and to pick back up as soon as you can.  I speak from experience.  There was a time when I was training with my trainer not to long ago on Tues  and Thur but that was it.  No extra nothing other then the time I was with him at the gym and the Little cardio I did afterward.  I did this for like a month.  I got really comfortable in this spot. Then one day I asked my self, where are you fitness wise compared to 3 months ago.  Sad I had not progressed at all.  So now I try to stay focused and with my posting everyday, I kinda have to lead the way!!!

When I travel I always take workout clothes and sneakers with me. I am one big workout queen. I call it me time, whether I am at work related /family /business travel, it helps me to  relieve stress.
