Hello everyone.

I'm doing an updated routine too.  Morning, reduced cardio and moved body sculpting (free weights) to morning.  Evening,  lighter cardio and muscle building with resistance bands alternate.

Morning's all done!

Good morning Kells and welcome aboard.
When is your 2nd surgery consult?
I post everyday.  Doing this helps keep me accountable as well.
Good luck.

Okay last night I only worked out on weight machines for about 40-45 mins. I did do an hour of zumba and was amazed I was able to hang in there like I did. For it being my first time I was able to catch on to all the moves really fast. Although at the end of each song I was dieing and grabbing my water with sweat just dripping, I still made it through. After the class I was still sweating and hot but I was also just exhausted. Remember I'm still almost 230. I was sore the rest of the night and still a little sore this morning. I'm afraid to do it again because of how exhausted I was, but I can't wait to do it again because I don't think I've ever gotten that good of a workout before and it was fun.

For tonight I will work on weights for an hour and do water aerobics for an hour as well.

ETA: I recommend everyone try zumba at least once. I really think you'll love it. It is really a fun workout and in my class it was packed with men and women of all shapes and sizes. It was moving so fast that I'm quite sure no one had time to pay attention to me and I loved that part.
